Welcome to Rego Park Office Tower

The 11-story office tower at 95-25 Queens Boulevard runs to just over 275,000 square feet in Queens Rego Park neighborhood, an enclave known mostly for its big-box retail and as the setting for the old CBS sitcom King of Queens.

The LeFrak Organization, one of the city’s biggest real estate concerns, built 95-25 Queens Boulevard in 1975, just as the city was reaching its late-20th-century economic nadir. The glass-clad building has, of course, recovered with the rest of the city and benefits from being a block from the M and R trains.

The asking rent in the building is $34 a square foot, according to listing brokerage CBRE Inc. In early 2012, New York Life Insurance leased 25,000 square feet for 10 years or nearly 10 percent of the building. It was more than 96 percent occupied as of spring 2015.
